These terms apply when you browse talaria.ph or submit a fit-call request. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation.
Information, not a service contract
The site explains Talaria's current managed Hermes Agent offering. It is general information, not a guarantee that every integration, workflow, timeline, or security configuration will be available for every customer. Submitting a form does not mean Talaria has accepted an engagement.
These website terms do not create a managed-service agreement. Provisioning, support commitments, billing, data handling, service boundaries, and termination are governed by a separate written agreement accepted by Talaria and the customer.
Pricing and scope shown on the site
The standard public offer starts at US$1,000 for setup and is US$1,000 per month, with model API costs included under fair use. More custom or integration-heavy setup may be quoted separately. Final scope and price are confirmed before service begins.
Acceptable website use
Do not misuse the form, attempt unauthorized access, send malware, scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, impersonate another person, or submit information you do not have the right to share.
Third-party products and links
Talaria may describe or link to Hermes Agent, model providers, communication platforms, infrastructure providers, and other third-party products. Those products are controlled by their respective providers, and their capabilities or terms may change.
Site availability and accuracy
Talaria aims to keep the site useful and accurate but may update, suspend, or correct it. The site is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular business decision. Confirm material service requirements during scoping.
Intellectual property
Talaria's site copy, visual identity, and original site materials may not be republished as your own. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply endorsement or partnership.
