This notice explains how Talaria handles information submitted through this website. It covers the fit-call journey on talaria.ph; a customer service agreement may include additional data-handling terms for an operating managed agent.
Information you choose to submit
The fit-call form asks for your name, business email, business name, role, team or company size, communication channels, desired workflows, privacy or private-networking requirements, and phone or preferred contact method. You may also provide important integrations, a website or relevant system, and additional context.
Basic attribution information
During your current browser session, talaria.ph uses session storage to preserve a limited first-touch record as you move between pages: the first landing page, first referrer, and the named UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term parameters. Landing-page and referrer URLs are reduced to their origin and path before storage or submission; query strings and fragments are removed. When you reach the fit-call form, that record may be submitted with the current page path. The current page path is added at the form and is not stored in that session record. Talaria uses these details to understand which pages or campaigns led to an inquiry. The site does not intentionally store or submit advertising click identifiers, other unnamed query parameters, or arbitrary attribution fields.
How Talaria uses the information
- Review whether the requested workflows and operating context appear to fit the service.
- Contact you about questions, a fit call, scope, or next steps.
- Protect the form, diagnose delivery problems, and understand site performance.
- Maintain reasonable business records related to the inquiry.
Talaria does not use this form to collect passwords, private client records, government IDs, production credentials, contracts, or confidential datasets. Please do not submit them.
Service providers and transfers
The static site may be delivered through Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to Talaria for follow-up. These providers may process data outside the Philippines under their own infrastructure and contractual safeguards. Talaria does not sell fit-call submissions.
Retention and protection
Talaria keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate fit, maintain related business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Access should be limited to people who need it for those purposes. No website or transmission method can be promised as perfectly secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask Talaria to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Use the fit-call contact form, identify the request as a privacy matter in the additional-context field, and provide enough information for Talaria to locate the submission.
Changes to this notice
Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. The notice in effect when you submit the form governs that submission unless applicable law requires otherwise.
