Fair use
Included usage should feel predictable.
Model API costs are included in Talaria's standard monthly service under fair use. The purpose is straightforward: normal, good-faith business use should not require customers to manage model accounts, tokens, or a surprise per-token bill.
What normal use looks like
Fair use includes the ordinary operation of the workflows, skills, communication channels, team access, and model mix agreed during setup. Usage may vary from day to day. A busy week by itself is not a violation.
What is outside fair use
- Reselling or sharing Talaria as a general-purpose model gateway for unrelated third parties.
- Automated bulk generation, scraping, load testing, or high-volume processing that was not part of the agreed workflows.
- Attempts to evade provider limits, security controls, access boundaries, or applicable law.
- Compromised credentials, malicious activity, or use that creates material risk for Talaria, its providers, or other people.
- A sustained usage pattern that materially changes the infrastructure or model-cost assumptions of the agreed service.
How Talaria handles unusual usage
If usage is consistently extraordinary but legitimate, Talaria will discuss the pattern with you before changing the commercial arrangement. Options may include workflow optimization, different model routing, scheduling, infrastructure changes, or a custom service scope. Talaria will not add a surprise per-token overage that was not agreed.
Talaria may limit or suspend affected activity immediately when necessary to address an urgent security, legal, provider, or abuse risk. When practical, Talaria will explain the reason and work with the customer on a safe path forward.

Questions about fit
If you expect high-volume generation, large recurring document sets, many external users, or compute-intensive automation, describe it in the fit-call form. Talaria can scope the right architecture before setup.
